FRENCH TOAST



(Using Tava/Pan)

INGREDIENTS

100ml. milk, 3 teaspoon sugar, 4 slices of bread, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon salt, teaspoon ghee or butter, and a few drops of vanilla essence.


Apple Cabbage Salad

INGREDIENTS

½ Cup hung yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, A pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons honey, ½ tsp pepper, 3 cups of shredded green cabbage and 4 cups diced red Australian apple.



STUFFED OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs, 4 to 5 tablespoons diced mushrooms, Green Peppers or cooked vegetables, 1 Onion finely chopped, Dash of grated cheese, Dash of pepper and salt to taste.


VEGETABLES IN COCONUT AND CURD (South India)

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ grated coconuts, 12 green chilies, 2 teaspoons cumin seeds, 2 cups of water, 1 ½ cup of sour curd beaten, 400 grams yam peeled and cut into 4 cms long and 1 ½ cms thick slices, 3 medium sizes of bananas (Approximately 350 grams) peeled and cut in to 4 cm. long and 1 ½ cm thick slices, drumsticks peeled and cut into 8 cm. long pieces, ¼ kg red pumpkin peeled and cut into 4 cm. long and 1 cm. thick slices, 100 grams of broad beans cut into 2 ½ cm. long pieces, 5 teaspoons salt (Salt to taste), ¾ teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 springs curry leaves and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.


Ghee Rice

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of rice, 1 cup ghee, 5 large sliced onions, 15 flakes garlic, 10 cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, 100 grams raisins and salt to taste.
