BAIGAN MASALA

USE FRY PAN

INGREDIENTS

12 small long Baigans (Brinjals), 2 to 3 teaspoons amchur powder, 3 teaspoons dhanajira powder, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala(mixture of spicy), 1 to 2 teaspoons gram flour, salt to taste and 4 tablespoons oil.


PREPERATION

Cut two vertical slits on the Brinjals and soak in water for 5 minutes.

Mix all the masala (mixed spicy ingredients) and 2 teaspoons of oil.

Stuff the masala in the Brinjal

Heat the oil in a Fry pan.

When hot, place all the stuffed Brinjals in pan.

Cover with lid.

Cook in a low flame till Brinjals become soft.

Serve hot Brinjal Masala to six guests.

This can be used with Paratha, Roti or Rice according to their taste.
