STUFFED CAPSICUMS
USE FRY PAN
INGREDIENTS
6 Nos. of Capsicums, 1 Onion, 100 grams of cooked rice, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 lemon juice, 2 Carrots, 1 Potato, 100 grams Peas, Red Chili powder to taste, ½ tablespoon oil, Salt to taste.
PREPERATION
Cut the tops of Capsicums and scrape the centre.
Heat ½ tablespoon oil and fry in fry pan, finely chopped onions.
Add chopped carrots, potato, French beans and peas. Cook till tender.
Add cooked rice, salt, chili powder, sugar and lemon juice.
Fill this mixture in to the capsicums.
In a fry pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and when hot, arrange all the capsicums. Cover with lid and cook till soft.
You can serve this dish for about six guests and enjoy the tasty stuffed capsicums.
