Apple Kebab
INGREDIENTS
500 grams sour apples, 50 grams paneer, 25 grams rice flour, 2 bread slices, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 boiled potato, ½ cup milk, A few springs of coriander leaves, finely chopped, Salt and pepper to taste, A few drops of lemon juice and Oil.
PREPERATIONS
Grate apples and roast in a frying pan. When it starts leaving the sides of a pan take it off the heat and cool. Mash the potatoes and paneer. Soak bread slices in a milk and squeeze. Except for the rice flour, mix all the ingredients and spices with the apple. Keep the rice flour on a plate. Shape the mixture into small balls; roll in the rice flour and deep fry in hot oil.
