PANEER PARATHAS

INGREDIENTS

For the Stuffing

250 mg finely chopped Paneer (cottage cheese), 1 chopped

onion, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.

For the dough

3 teacup whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoon ghee, 1/2 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION

1. Make the stuffing by mixing the Paneer(cottage cheese), onions , coriander leaves, chilies and add salt to taste.

2. Sieve the flour with the salt and mix ghee to flour.

3. Add water to make dough and make into 8-10 small portions.

4. Take a small portion and roll out into a thin round chapatti.( unleavened flat bread of India, flat round Indian bread made of whole wheat flour without yeast and cooked on a griddle)

5. Smear a little ghee on the chapatti and spread the Paneer Mixture.

6. Fold the side to form a rectangle and press sides lightly.

7. On a Tava (Pan) smear ghee lightly.

8. Place the Paratha and fry both the sides till brown patches appear.

9. Repeat with rest of the dough.

10. Serve hot Paneer Paratha to your family.
