FRENCH TOAST
(Using Tava/Pan)
INGREDIENTS
100ml. milk, 3 teaspoon sugar, 4 slices of bread, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon salt, teaspoon ghee or butter, and a few drops of vanilla essence.
PREPARATION
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl till frothy.
2. Put in sugar, salt, vanilla essence and milk.
3. Beat the mixture till sugar dissolves.
4. Soak slices of breads in the above mixture for 1 min.
5. Heat tava over low flame and butter it slightly.
6. Fry the slices of bread on the tava both sides till brown.
7. Serve hot French toast with honey or syrup to your guests.
