Rice Rotis

INGREDIENTS

1 cup ordinary steamed rice, ½ cup wheat flour, 1 tablespoons chopped coriander, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp cumin seeds, ¼ tsp sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon oil or butter, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon curds,


1 tablespoon fresh fenugreek or spinach leaves and 3 to 4 tsp of oil to shallow fry

PREPERATIONS

If using spinach or other greens chop fine after thorough washing drain well in colander. Now mix all ingredients well except oil to shallow fry and form dough using moist hands. Remember; do not make dough too soft. Now divide it into 5 to 6 round balls. Roll into chapattis. Shallow fry on hot tava, sprinkling some oil on both sides and now serve hot with chutney.
